Astroanimal, a new app that brings together the booming worlds of pet parenthood and astrology, came to us to design their end-to-end experience from scratch. We created a visual world that balances astrology's sense of mysticism with the warmth and playfulness of pets. At the heart of the app is a suite of bespoke illustrations which bring charm and give the app a distinctive, ownable personality. Considered typography, a refined editorial palette, and an intuitive UX flow come together to create something that feels premium without taking itself too seriously. The result is a product that's as lovely to use as it is to look at - and one that gives pet parents a unique and joyful way to connect with their fur babies.
